Ways you can make payments

At any Post Office in the United Kingdom in cash, or by cheque, using the payment card that we send you when your tenancy starts. |

By bank standing order or Direct Debit: On request, we can send you a standing order form for you to complete and pass to your bank. You can pay weekly, two weekly, four weekly, monthly, quarterly or even annually. |

|
Via any 'PayPoint/PAYzone': Use your swipe card to pay wherever you see the PayPoint or PAYzone logo (in convenience stores, newsagents, supermarkets and service stations) using your swipe card. |
| Via the internet: You can now pay via the internet 24 hours a day and pay any amount you wish by switch or credit card as long as you have your payment card handy. Go to 'www.allpayments.net' and follow the instructions. | |

By telephone with debit / credit card: You can now pay 24 hours a day and pay any amount you wish by switch or credit card as long as you have your payment card handy. Phone 0870 243 6040 and follow the instructions. |

By post or in person to Oxbode Housing Association at County Chambers, Station Road, Gloucester GL1 1DH (do not send cash through the post). |
