Ways you can make payments

Post Office Logo

At any Post Office in the United Kingdom in cash, or by cheque, using the payment card that we send you when your tenancy starts.

Direct Debit Logo

By bank standing order or Direct Debit: On request, we can send you a standing order form for you to complete and pass to your bank. You can pay weekly, two weekly, four weekly, monthly, quarterly or even annually.

PayPoint Logo

Pay Zone Logo

Via any 'PayPoint/PAYzone': Use your swipe card to pay wherever you see the PayPoint or PAYzone logo (in convenience stores, newsagents, supermarkets and service stations) using your swipe card.
Via the internet: You can now pay via the internet 24 hours a day and pay any amount you wish by switch or credit card as long as you have your payment card handy. Go to 'www.allpayments.net' and follow the instructions.

By telephone with debit / credit card: You can now pay 24 hours a day and pay any amount you wish by switch or credit card as long as you have your payment card handy. Phone 0870 243 6040 and follow the instructions.

By post or in person to Oxbode Housing Association at County Chambers, Station Road, Gloucester GL1 1DH (do not send cash through the post).
